Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Flavor Enhancers

  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup canned green chilies
  • 1/2 cup black beans

Spices

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
  • Add the minced garlic, diced green onions, diced tomatoes, canned green chilies, and black beans to the cheese mixture.
  • Season the dip with cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper according to your taste preferences.
  • Mix all the ingredients thoroughly to ensure even distribution of flavors.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with additional toppings like fresh cilantro or sliced jalapeƱos.

Notes

Store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-5 days. Stir before serving again, as ingredients may separate. For enhanced flavor, chill before serving.
