Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecan halves in the unbaked pie crust.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the chocolate chips and pecans in the crust.
Baking
- Bake the pie for 50 to 60 minutes. If the edges of the crust brown too quickly, cover them with foil.
- Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing.
