Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips and pecans evenly over the unbaked pie crust.
- Pour the syrup mixture over the chocolate chips and pecans, making sure they are covered.
Baking
- Bake the pie for 50 to 60 minutes. If the edges of the crust brown too quickly, cover them with foil to prevent burning.
- Cool the pie completely before slicing to allow the filling to set properly.
