Ingredients
  

Pistachio Coating
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 block Halloumi cheese Cut into slices or cubes
For the Drizzle
  • Lime juice for drizzle
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional, for sweetness
  • to taste Chili flakes optional, for heat
For Cooking
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil for cooking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the finely chopped pistachios and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Cut the halloumi into slices or cubes and coat each piece in the pistachio-panko mixture.
  4. Arrange the coated halloumi in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Lightly drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for about 10 minutes or until golden and crunchy, shaking the basket halfway through.
Drizzle Preparation
  1. Meanwhile, mix lime juice with a bit of honey and chili flakes to taste for the drizzle.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, remove the halloumi and drizzle with the zesty lime sauce.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
