  • 1 block feta (approx. 200g) Use good quality feta for the best flavor and texture.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp gochujang Adjust the amount based on your spice preference.
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the block of feta in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix gochujang and honey together until well combined. Pour this mixture over the feta.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the feta.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the feta is soft and the glaze is bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  3. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve the baked feta warm with pita, crackers, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. The baked feta can last for about 3-4 days. To reheat, warm it in the oven for a few minutes until it’s soft again.
