Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the block of feta in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang and honey together until well combined. Pour this mixture over the feta.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the feta.
Baking
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the feta is soft and the glaze is bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

- Serve the baked feta warm with pita, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
