  • 1 block feta (approx. 200g) Good quality feta recommended for the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp gochujang Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • optional Fresh herbs for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the block of feta in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. In a small bowl, mix gochujang and honey together until well combined. Pour this mixture over the feta.
  4. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of the feta.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the feta is soft and the glaze is bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
