Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pieces chicken breasts - diced
  • 3 pieces spring onions
  • 2 pieces chillis - one green and one red
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped

Sauces

  • 2 sachets Sweet Chilli & Garlic sauce
  • 1 dash dark soy sauce
  • 1 dash sweet chilli sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the spring onions and chillis, keeping them separate.

Cooking

  • In a pan, add a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat.
  • Add the garlic, followed by the diced chicken, cooking until browned.
  • Stir in the spring onions and chillis, sautéing for another few minutes.
  • Pour in the Sweet Chilli & Garlic sauce, adding a dash of dark soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
  • Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

Notes

Serve Sweet Chilli Chicken hot over a bed of fried rice, garnished with extra spring onions or chillis. Pairs well with steamed vegetables or a fresh salad. To store, cool to room temperature before placing it in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, or freeze for up to 2 months.
