Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 pieces chicken breasts - diced
  • 3 pieces spring onions
  • 2 pieces chillis - one green and one red
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
Sauces
  • 2 sachets Sweet Chilli & Garlic sauce
  • 1 dash dark soy sauce
  • 1 dash sweet chilli sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the spring onions and chillis, keeping them separate.
Cooking
  1. In a pan, add a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic, followed by the diced chicken, cooking until browned.
  3. Stir in the spring onions and chillis, sautéing for another few minutes.
  4. Pour in the Sweet Chilli & Garlic sauce, adding a dash of dark soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
  5. Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.

Notes
