Preparation
- Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the spring onions and chillis, keeping them separate.
Cooking
- In a pan, add a small amount of oil and heat over medium heat.
- Add the garlic, followed by the diced chicken, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the spring onions and chillis, sautéing for another few minutes.
- Pour in the Sweet Chilli & Garlic sauce, adding a dash of dark soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
- Lower the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
