Preparation

- Transfer the sautéed onions to your slow cooker.
- Add cubed potatoes, sliced smoked sausage, and trimmed green beans on top of the onions.
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic powder evenly over the ingredients.
Cooking
- Pour in enough water or broth to cover the bottom, then cover the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until everything is tender.
Serving
- Once cooked, give it a gentle stir and serve warm in shallow bowls.

Notes
