Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb butter mixture all over the beef tenderloin.

- Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

- Once your beef tenderloin roast is cooked and rested, slice it into thick pieces.

Notes
Let the beef come to room temperature before cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness: 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare, 145°F (63°C) for medium. Don't skip the resting step; it keeps the meat juicy.
