Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the herb butter mixture all over the beef tenderloin.
  • Place the beef on a roasting rack in a baking dish.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
  • Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
