  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the herb butter mixture all over the beef tenderloin.
  4. Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.
  2. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
