Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the softened butter with chopped rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the herb butter mixture all over the beef tenderloin.
  • Place the tenderloin in a roasting pan.

Cooking

  • Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the desired doneness is reached.

Notes
