Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, corn kernels, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it evenly.
- Generously top the mixture with crushed tortilla chips.
- Place it in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
