Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups frozen peach slices
  • 1 bottle (750ml) white wine (such as Moscato, Pinot Grigio, or rosé)
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (optional) Adjust sweetness to taste
  • as needed handful extra ice (optional) For a thicker slushie

Method

Preparation
  1. Combine the frozen strawberries, frozen peach slices, and about half a bottle of white wine in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture. If it turns out too thick, gradually add more wine until you reach your liked consistency.
  3. If you're aiming for a thicker slushie, a handful of ice can help.
  4. Taste your creation and adjust the sweetness as desired. Add honey or simple syrup if needed.
  5. Pour the slushie into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh fruit on top for an extra touch.
