  • 1 container 16 oz strawberry frosting Ensure it's a full container for the right texture.
  • 12 oz white melting candy Can substitute with milk or dark chocolate.
Optional Decoration
  • to taste red sprinkles Use for festive decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large microwavable bowl, combine the strawberry frosting and the white melting candy.
  3. Microwave the mixture in 30-second increments, stirring after each interval until completely melted and smooth.
Assembly
  1. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Sprinkle the surface with red sprinkles if desired.
  3. Chill the fudge in the fridge for about 45 minutes or until fully set.
  4. Once chilled, remove the fudge from the dish using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.
