Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1/2 unit seedless watermelon (cubed, roughly 3 cups worth)
  • 2 units Kiwis (sliced)
  • 1/2 unit honeydew melon (cubed, roughly a little over 2 cups)
  • 2 cups seedless red grapes
  • 2 cups seedless green grapes
  • 1/2 unit cantaloupe (cubed, roughly a little over 2 cups)
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries (halved)
  • 3 medium firm bananas (sliced)
  • 2 units red apples (cubed)
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup pulp-free orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/2 package instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the fruit except for the sliced bananas and cubed apples.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the thawed orange juice concentrate, pudding mix, sour cream, and lemon juice until the mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Cover this glaze and place it in the refrigerator to chill.
  4. Anytime you notice juices accumulating at the bottom of your fruit bowl, be sure to drain it.

Notes
