Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the sugar, beating the mixture until fluffy.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavor.
- In another bowl, mix the flour and salt together.
- Alternately add the dry mixture and strawberry puree to the creamed mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
