Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, baking powder, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed until everything is well blended.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Using a tablespoon or a cookie scoop, drop 1-inch balls of dough onto your prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for exactly 10 minutes.
- Let them rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to cool slightly.
- Sprinkle Valentine-themed sprinkles on top while they are still warm.
- Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely and add a chocolate heart on top of each cookie.
