Method
- Warm your oven to 350°F (177°C) and fit a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper for easy removal.
- Stir together the brownie mix, chocolate pudding mix, milk, oil, and eggs until well blended. Transfer this mixture into your prepared pan, smoothing out the top for an even layer.
- Bake for approximately 34 to 37 minutes, until the edges are just set but a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Allow to cool in the pan until completely set, roughly 30 to 45 minutes.
- For the topping, arrange halved strawberries across the brownie's surface. In a separate bowl, prepare for the ganache.
- Heat the heavy cream and butter in a saucepan until it lightly simmers, then pour over the chocolate pieces. Wait 5 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Gently pour the chocolate ganache over the strawberries, allowing it to set. For a quick set, chill in the refrigerator.
- Once set, slice the brownies and serve. Enjoy the blend of chocolate and strawberries in every bite.
