Ingredients
  

  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package 3.4 oz cheesecake pudding mix
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt 6 oz each
  • 8 oz whipped topping Cool Whip
  • 2 pounds strawberries sliced
  • 3 medium bananas sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and creamy.
  • Add in the cheesecake pudding mix and yogurt. Mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • In another large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, sliced bananas, and fresh lemon juice.
  • Just before serving, gently fold the strawberry and banana mixture into the chilled cheesecake mixture. Be careful not to smash the fruit and avoid overmixing.
  • Serve the strawberry banana cheesecake salad cold and enjoy!
