  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 medium carrot, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil shimmers, add the minced garlic. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp, cooking until they turn pink, around 2-3 minutes.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets and sliced carrot. Continue stir-frying for an additional 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
  5. Drizzle in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Stir well to combine, ensuring everything is coated evenly.
  6. Season with black pepper, give it a quick stir, and serve immediately.
