For Serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine honey, lime juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, and spices in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Assembly
  1. Once cooked, slice the chicken.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  3. Fill each tortilla with sliced chicken and top with your choice of fresh toppings.
