  • Flour Flour (to coat the chicken)
For the Sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce Can substitute with dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
For Serving
  • Noodles For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and coat them evenly in flour.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the chicken pieces until they are browned on all sides.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic together until well combined.
  4. Pour this sweet sauce over the browned chicken in the pan and sprinkle in the finely chopped onion.
  5. Continue cooking until the chicken is fully cooked through and nicely glazed in that rich sauce.
  6. Serve the sticky chicken over the noodles, allowing the sweet sauce to soak into every bite.
