Steak Ingredients
  • 2 pieces boneless beef steaks (ribeye or sirloin) Choose your preferred cut.
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
Garlic Cream Sauce Ingredients
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a richer sauce.
  • 1/2 cup beef broth Use low-sodium if preferred.
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard Adds depth to the flavor.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove from skillet and let rest.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.
  3. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve the steaks with the garlic cream sauce drizzled on top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
