Prepare the Steak
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove from skillet and let rest.
Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter.
- Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream, beef broth, and Dijon mustard. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.
- Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve
- Serve the steaks with the garlic cream sauce drizzled on top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes
