Topping

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the prepared pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface to about a quarter-inch thickness.
  3. Using a circular cutter or a glass, cut out mini rounds of dough (about 3-inch diameter).
  4. Place the mini dough rounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each round, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Layer each mini pizza with slices of mozzarella cheese and use small pieces of cheese or olives to create ghost faces.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
