Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the prepared pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface to about a quarter-inch thickness.
- Using a circular cutter or a glass, cut out mini rounds of dough (about 3-inch diameter).
- Place the mini dough rounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each round, spreading it out evenly.
- Layer each mini pizza with slices of mozzarella cheese and use small pieces of cheese or olives to create ghost faces.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
