Ingredients
  

  • - 8 lasagna noodles
  • - 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • - 2 large cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • - 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • - 1 teaspoon salt
  • - 1 14 ounce jar spaghetti sauce
  • - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Boil lasagna noodles in salted water until al dente; drain and lay flat.
  • Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant; transfer to a bowl.
  • Mix garlic with spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, and salt.
  • Spread spinach mixture onto noodles, roll tightly, and arrange in a baking dish.
  • Pour spaghetti sauce over rolls, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil, bake for additional 5 minutes, and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.

- Ensure noodles are al dente for easier rolling.
