Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- If you are using fresh spinach, wash and chop it. If you are using frozen spinach, make sure it is thawed and well-drained.
- In a bowl, combine the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and the egg. Mix well to create the filling.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on one end of each rectangle.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
Baking
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
