Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 300 g fresh spinach or 200 g frozen, thawed and drained
  • 200 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 piece egg for binding the filling
Pastry
  • 1 package Puff pastry sheets enough for the number of rolls you want

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. If using fresh spinach, wash and chop it. If using frozen spinach, ensure it is thawed and well-drained.
  3. In a bowl, combine the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and the egg. Mix well to create the filling.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling on one end of each rectangle.
  6. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
