Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 300 g fresh spinach (or 200 g frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 200 g feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 count egg
Pastry
  • 1 pack Puff pastry sheets

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
  2. If using fresh spinach, wash and chop it. If using frozen, ensure it's thoroughly thawed and drained.
  3. In a bowl, mix the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and egg until well combined.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut them into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
  6. Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
  7. Place the pastry rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Serve warm.

Notes
