Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the puff pastry package instructions.
- If using fresh spinach, wash and chop it. If using frozen, ensure it's thoroughly thawed and drained.
- In a bowl, mix the spinach, crumbled feta cheese, and egg until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface. Cut them into squares or rectangles.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and feta mixture in the center of each pastry piece.
- Fold the pastry over to enclose the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
- Place the pastry rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
