  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Prep beforehand for smoother cooking.
  • 4 stalks Green onions, chopped For garnishing the ramen.
  • 1 cup Cream Stir in for a luscious texture.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 2 cups Vegetables (e.g., bok choy, mushrooms, carrots) Feel free to swap based on preference.

Preparation
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Once done, drain and set them aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Preheat your grill and cook the beef to your desired doneness. Once cooked, remove from the grill and slice thinly.
  4. In a pot, combine vegetable broth and an extra spoonful of gochujang, bringing it to a simmer. Add your vegetables and let them cook until tender.
  5. Stir in cream to the simmering broth and mix well to create a luscious texture.
Assembly
  1. Divide the cooked ramen noodles between bowls, ladle the spicy broth over the noodles, and top with grilled beef and chopped green onions.
  2. Enjoy your spicy bowl of goodness while it’s steaming.
