Ingredients
  

For the Ramen
  • 4 oz Ramen noodles Adjust according to servings needed.
  • 8 oz Grilled beef (thinly sliced) Choose your preferred cut.
  • 2 tbsp Chili paste Adjust to taste.
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic (minced) Fresh is preferred for flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger (minced) Add more for extra spice.
  • 4 cups Broth (chicken or vegetable) Use your choice based on preference.
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise For the creamy sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste) Add to creamy sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil For flavoring the sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Sliced green onions For garnish.
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce Optional.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds For garnishing.
  • 1 cup Optional: Vegetables (bok choy, carrots, or any preferred veggies) Customize based on your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil water and prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Slice your beef, season if desired, and grill until cooked to your liking. Thinly slice the grilled beef afterward.
Cooking the Broth
  1. In a pot, combine the chili paste, minced garlic, ginger, and your broth. Bring it to a gentle simmer to meld the flavors.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, gochujang, and sesame oil until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Place the cooked ramen in serving bowls, pour the spicy broth over it, and then top with the grilled beef.
  2. Drizzle your creamy sauce over everything and finish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  3. If you like, toss in some vegetables for added crunch and nutrition. Serve hot and enjoy!
