  • 4 cloves cloves of garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets and toss until they are evenly coated in the mixture.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the florets are tender and beautifully browned.
  2. Remove from the oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
