- Stir in the sautéed squash and onion until everything is well blended.
Assembly

- In a small bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, and sprinkle over the top.
Baking
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
