- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in the diced pimentos, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately with crackers, or refrigerate for an hour to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
Store any leftover Pimento Cheese in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for about 5 days. You can serve it with crackers, toasted bread, or fresh veggies. It also makes a great filling for sandwiches or topping on burgers. For spicier variation, add diced jalapeƱos or hot sauce.
