- Whisk together hot milk, sugar, egg, and dry yeast in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine salt with flour. Gradually add the flour mixture to the liquid ingredients.
- Knead the dough until smooth, then set it aside for 10 minutes.
- Knead the softened butter into the dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes, then divide it into pieces and shape each piece into a roll.
- Place the dough rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Allow the rolls to rise for an hour, then brush them with egg wash before baking.
- Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
