Preparation
- Place the white chocolate and caramel condensed milk in the slow cooker on high with the lid off.
- Let it cook for 45 minutes or until everything is melted, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Once melted, add some of the Smarties into the mixture.
- Pour the melted mixture into a tin.
- Sprinkle the remaining Smarties on top for decoration.
- Place it in the fridge overnight or all day to set, then slice into cubes.

Notes
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or freeze for up to three months. Ensure to wrap tightly in plastic wrap if freezing. Stir every 15 minutes during cooking to prevent burning.
