  • 1 package tortellini Use your preferred tortellini, fresh or frozen.

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the 4 cups of tomato soup or puree and 2 cups of broth. Mix well.
  2. Add your desired tortellini to the mixture and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and let it cook on low for 4 hours, or until the tortellini is tender.
  4. Once cooked, stir in the 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until fully melted.
  5. Serve hot, pairing it with toast bites for added crunch.
