  • 1 1/2 sticks salted butter, sliced Consider vegan substitutes for a dairy-free option.

  1. Shuck the corn and break each ear in half.
  2. Place the corn into the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the coconut milk, add honey, and include the sliced butter and seasonings.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours.
