Ingredients
  

Fudge Ingredients
  • 400 g Cadbury chocolate Can use milk, dark or white chocolate.
  • 1 can condensed milk Sweetened condensed milk is recommended.
  • 15 g unsalted butter Used to enhance creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Adds flavor to the fudge.
  • 4 bars Crunchie Chopped for mixing in and for garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Put all ingredients into the slow cooker, except for the Crunchie bars.
  2. Set your slow cooker on the high setting.
  3. Stir the mixture every 15 minutes for 45 minutes until fully melted and combined.
  4. Once melted, add 3 chopped Crunchie bars and stir them into the mix.
  5. Pour the mixture into a lined tin and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Crunchie bar on top for an extra crunch.
  7. Place the tin in the fridge to set for about 5 hours.
  8. After it has set, remove it from the tin and cut it into chunks.

Notes

Store any leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for a few months. Ensure that the tin is well lined to prevent sticking.
