  • 1 full onion Chopped
  • 2 tins corned beef
  • 6-7 pieces potatoes Chopped
  • 1-3 pieces carrots Chopped, adjust to taste
  • 2 cubes beef oxo
  • 80 ml water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the onion, potatoes, and carrots into small pieces.
  2. Add all the chopped ingredients to the slow cooker.
  3. Stir everything together to combine well.
Cooking
  1. Cook on high for around 5 hours, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors are fully blended.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!
