Preparation
- Chop the onion, potatoes, and carrot.
- Place the chopped vegetables into the slow cooker.
- Add the tins of corned beef (drained and diced).
- Dissolve the beef oxo cubes in 80 ml of water and pour into the slow cooker.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on high for around 5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Serving Suggestions
- Serve Slow Cooker Corned Beef Hash straight from the slow cooker.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or serve with a fried egg on top.
- Pair it with crusty bread for a more filling meal.

Notes
