Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 full onion Chopped
  • 6 to 7 pieces potatoes Chopped
  • 1 piece carrot Chopped (or 2 to 3 carrots if preferred)
Main Ingredients
  • 2 tins corned beef Drained and diced
Seasoning
  • 2 cubes beef oxo cube Dissolved in water
  • 80 ml water For dissolving the beef oxo cubes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the onion, potatoes, and carrot.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables into the slow cooker.
  3. Add the tins of corned beef (drained and diced).
  4. Dissolve the beef oxo cubes in 80 ml of water and pour into the slow cooker.
  5. Stir to combine all ingredients.
  6. Cover and cook on high for around 5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
Serving Suggestions
  1. Serve Slow Cooker Corned Beef Hash straight from the slow cooker.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley or serve with a fried egg on top.
  3. Pair it with crusty bread for a more filling meal.
