Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, gravy mix, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and can be easily shredded.
- Once done, shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker and mix with the gravy.
Serving
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or bread. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes
