Casserole Ingredients
  • 1 box 6oz. box stovetop chicken stuffing
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 each rotisserie chicken, cleaned of bones and shredded Pre-cooked for convenience.
  • 1 bag 12oz bag broccoli cuts, thawed Substitute with fresh broccoli if preferred.
  • 1 can 10.5oz can of cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken Use cream of chicken based on preference.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the stuffing and chicken broth. Microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Pour this mixture into the slow cooker along with the broccoli, cream soup, and stir well to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until the broccoli is tender.
  2. About 20 minutes before serving, add the shredded chicken, stirring to incorporate.
  3. Finally, sprinkle the shredded cheese on top, allow it to melt, and voila – you have a cheesy masterpiece!

Notes
