- In the mixer bowl, combine 1 cup of warm water and sugar, then sprinkle in the yeast. Let it bloom for about 10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

Cooking
- Cook on low for 1.5 to 2 hours.
- Once cooking is complete, remove the lid and towel, allowing it to sit for a few minutes. Carefully lift the bread out using the parchment paper and let it cool completely before slicing.
