- In a bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, beef broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic and diced onions until well combined.
- Pour this mixture into your slow cooker.
- Add the thinly sliced steak and stir to ensure all the meat is coated in the sauce.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or on HIGH for 2.5 hours.
- In a small bowl, mix the water and cornstarch until smooth, then pour this mixture into the slow cooker, stirring well.
- Finally, add the broccoli florets on top of the steak and sauce and mix gently.
- Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes to thicken the sauce and steam the broccoli.
- Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or enjoy it on its own.

Notes
