  • 1 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • ¾ cup beef broth Drizzled over the layers
  • 1 can Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup Poured over the potatoes

Preparation
  1. Start by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain the excess fat afterward.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in your slow cooker.
  4. Pour the condensed cheddar cheese soup over the potatoes and mix well.
  5. Sprinkle half of the sliced onions, half of the seasonings, half of the cooked beef, and half of the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Drizzle the beef broth evenly over the top.
  8. Cover and set your slow cooker to high, cooking for about 4 hours.
