Preparation
- Place the beef chunks in your slow cooker.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, onion, thyme, and Better Than Bouillon.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup, and beef broth until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the seasoned beef and cover the slow cooker with the lid.
Cooking
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- About 20 minutes before you’re ready to serve, cook the dried egg noodles according to the package directions.
- Serve the noodles on a dish and top with the beef and gravy. Sprinkle with minced parsley before serving.

Notes
For extra depth of flavor, sear the beef in a hot skillet before adding it to the slow cooker. You can also cook the noodles in the crock pot. Adjust consistency with more beef broth if needed. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat if desired.
