Preparation
- Season your roast generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking
- Layer the sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Place the seared beef on top and pour the BBQ sauce evenly over the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the beef is tender and easy to shred.
- Remove the beef from the cooker, shred it with two forks, and mix it back into the sauce.

- Pile the shredded beef on soft buns and enjoy!
