Preparation
- Cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces.
- Wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage, securing it with a toothpick.
- Combine the brown sugar and paprika in a bowl until well mixed.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of the brown sugar mix into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add your wrapped sausages into the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar mix over the top of the sausages.
- Cover and cook on high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally for even browning.
- Remove from the slow cooker and serve warm.
